It all kicks off tomorrow in Nice!

The 15th edition of ZeFestival, an LGBTQ+ festival, showcases diverse visibility from the community in its programming as well as the duration.

The ZeFestival features both gay and lesbian films, with a majority of films not typically distributed in commercial releases so, expect the unexpected, if anything, the films will definitely give you plenty to talk about.

This year, the festival will take place from October 8th to December 1st, 2022, offering more time to network with one another with a vast selection of events to attend.

You can find the films at local venues such as in the Cinema Belmondo, the bookstore Vigna, the house of Associations Garibaldi, and the Center LGBTQIA+ Cotes d'Azur.

ZeFestival will also take the form of an exhibition at the LGBTQIA+ Center throughout the festival.

Drag Race France 2022 in Nice

The city of Nice will be bursting at the seams with glorious wigs and the highest of heels at the end of this month!

Announced earlier today, RuPaul's Drag Race France will be taking place live at the Acropolis in Nice on October 29, 2022.

Drag Race France Live, a most colorful show full of hilarious quips, fabulous fashion, and top-of-the-line drag will be bringing together the 10 Drag Queens from the first season of Drag Race France with none other than the most exceptional of presenters, the spectacular Miss Nicky Doll.

Winter 2022 Holiday Ski Rentals

 

If this past summer is any indication of how popular France is for travelers with tourism records being broken everywhere, then the holiday ski season this winter should continue to expand as we’ve had booking inquiries coming our way since early June for chalet rentals.

Preplanning is the name of the game in travel these days with those booking early then being able to relax and plan extracurricular activities to make the most out of their ski vacation in the Rhone Alps.

Naturally, we are used to last-minute inquiries coming in once the next holiday season is upon us but it is heartbreaking when a client waits to book an apartment or chalet rental only to find property stock has become very low (there are only so many homes out there), which means, less choice, and then the bidding wars begin meaning the rental rates then rise, leaving a lot of hopeful people scrambling to make alternative plans.

Ourselves and other agencies we work with experienced this a lot over the summer months this year, with late requests from visitors wanting the best villa rental options available, only to find whole locations were completely booked up or severely overpriced which makes negotiating a lower rate difficult when the demand is high.

And this is with our own expansive direct stock of homes and through the numerous property partners, we work with on a daily basis. Keep in mind, there are only so many rental properties available no matter the location.

It cannot be expressed enough that from the winter bookings already coming in this year, the ski season will be booming well into 2023.

Any trip planning comes with stressful moments, we want to alleviate as much of that as possible for you so the basics to come in with are, specific dates (give or take a day or two), number of guests, and most importantly a budget range you want to stay within.

The 31st Monaco Yacht Show - 2022

One of the world’s biggest luxury yacht shows takes place from Wednesday, September 28 to Saturday, October 1st, marking the 31st year of the show in the Port of Monaco. This represents yet another very busy time within the Principality when those in the yachting industry and beyond, including admirers of superyachts alike make their way to Monaco.

From its beginnings in 1991, the Monaco Yacht Show has been held over four days in late September in the Port Hercule of Monaco, with the expectation of the Covid19 pandemic.

This will be a busy four days of deals and networking with 450 chosen companies, representing only the best in innovation and excellence in yachting, showcase their work in the port alongside naval architects, yacht service providers, and suppliers, plus designers of vessel interiors, manufacturers of tenders and nautical equipment.

Even if you are not a fan of superyachts, the Monaco Yacht Show is still indeed an impressive experience where on display, from many vantage points are 100+ units on display, 40+ new models are on premiere for the world’s first look, with an average length of a vessel being 50m with mega yachts exceeding 100m.

In a strong sense, these four days are where the yachting world meets and is one of the most discussed events locally and otherwise every year. It is where you are able to meet industry experts on every level with the superyachts being available for charter or purchase while the Principality becomes even more alive with excitement.
